Gary Crisci is a technology executive who builds. As co-founder and CTO of Caprus AI, he is the architect behind AgentCube, a platform that lets enterprise AI agents work safely with the systems and data that businesses actually run on. It is hands-on work, and it informs everything he tells other leaders about where AI belongs and where it does not.
With senior leadership experience at GE HealthCare, General Electric, Morgan Stanley, and Siemens IT Solutions and Services, Gary brings a rare blend of strategic perspective and execution discipline. At GE HealthCare he architected the technology separation of a $20B company, a program spanning more than a thousand people across every business unit. He is known for helping organizations reduce technical debt, optimize technology investment, and carry high-stakes initiatives such as divestitures, modernization programs, and enterprise-wide migrations across the finish line.
What connects the two halves of his career is a habit of staying close to the work. Gary spent years as a hands-on practitioner before moving into executive leadership, and never fully left. That combination lets him move between a boardroom conversation about strategy and a design decision inside a product without changing gears.
