Gary Crisci is a transformational IT leader who bridges strategy, technology, and business execution. With a career spanning SMBs, global enterprises, and specialized consulting, he has led a broad range of transformative initiatives, aligning technology with business goals to drive efficiency and growth. Whether reducing technical debt, optimizing IT investments, or navigating complex migrations, Gary is known for delivering measurable impact.

Born and raised in New York City and now based in Connecticut, Gary has always been drawn to solving complex problems—a mindset that led him into financial systems, enterprise architecture, and large-scale IT transformation. He earned an MBA in Information Systems, providing a strong foundation for his career at the intersection of business and technology. At GE HealthCare, he led one of the company’s most ambitious IT transformations, successfully divesting more than a thousand business applications while reducing cost and risk. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at General Electric, Morgan Stanley, and Siemens Business Services, helping these organizations harness technology to drive business outcomes. Earlier in his career, he worked in finance and treasury roles, focusing on credit and cash management, loan underwriting, and financial analysis—experiences that gave him a unique perspective on the relationship between technology, data, and business operations.
 

Beyond the boardroom, Gary is a mentor, speaker, and advocate for IT leaders navigating change. He shares insights on enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and technology strategy, helping businesses and professionals position themselves for success. Passionate about talent development, he leads special interest groups, mentors rising leaders, and fosters communities that bridge business and technology. He also served on the Board of Directors for ODTUG, where he helped guide the organization’s strategy and financial stewardship as Treasurer.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys brewing espresso, writing, and spending time with his family. A dedicated Scout Leader and proud father of two Eagle Scouts, he believes leadership extends beyond the workplace—shaping the next generation through mentorship, curiosity, and a commitment to lifelong learning.
